config, IPv4 traffic works just
fine, only the matching for IPv4 clients doesn't work. This seems like a
bug in Radiator.
Have you tried using the mapped syntax instead of the dotted quad syntax?

I've seen leave it off, whereas BSD systems default it to on (the IETF/RFC
Socket API standard is to leave it off). So if you have a mixed OS
environment you'll need to account for the difference in behaviour.
