downloaded and installed ActivePerl 5.6.0.623.
When I tried to install MD5, I got
an'Error installing package 'MD5': Could not locate a ppd file for

I am making some performance tests with Auth by LDAP2. My LDAP
server is a NT machine running NT4 and Site Server 3 and my radiator is
running in a machine with FreeBSD 4.0.
Basically, I used the script radpwtst with the iteractions parameter
of 10,20,50,200,500,1000.. and
Here is a snippet of my config. What I am doing is authenticating multiple
realms, with an empty AuthSelect (since I am pulling passwords out of the
shadow file, not the DB). What happens at Trace 4 is that for realm1.com it
authenticates and stuffs them into the online SessionDatabase SQL
I had the same issues and just gave in and
installed the previous version Active Perl 5.00502.
It works fine and fits into the installation
instructions.

I seem to remeber there is a bug with ActiveState Perl 5.6 that is documented
on the ActiveState web page. There is a patch that you need to apply to be
able to use "ppm".
