We are pleased to announce the release of RAdmin version 1.7 This version provides some new features and some bug fixes.
As usual, the new version is available free of charge to current licensees from http://www.open.com.au/radmin/downloads/Radmin-1.7.tgz An extract from the history file is attached ---------------------------------------------------------------- Revision 1.7 (2002-11-19, new features, some fixes) RAdmin configuration is now configurable from SQL for improved local customisation support. RAdmin now logs all database actions (update, insert, delete) to the RADMESSAGES table as an Audit Trail, alnong with details of who did it and what database object was affected. Added support for Radius proxying. You can now use RAdmin to manage a list of realms to be proxied and the primary and secondary hosts to send them to. Added support for Indirect Radius proxying. You can now use RAdmin to manage a set of indirect attribute values (such as Called-Station-Id) that all get proxied to the same proxy realm. Radius attributes did not correctly handle tagged integer and string types such as Tunnel-Type. New radattrs.dat and goodies/convertDict.pl Authentication of RAdmin administrative users in CGIUtil was broken. Fixed typos in the names of SERVICE_V and USERUSAGE_V in the RADPERMISSIONS table incorrectly set in basicdb.dat. Reported by Stephan Schönberger ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) editRadconfig had incorrect permission checking. Reported by Stephan Schönberger ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). Deleting of sessions was not possible due to a typo in listOnline.pl. Reported by Bennie Warren ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). Links on the List Clients page were not properly formed. Improved support for standard built-in menus in CGIUtil. Improved checking of IP addresses in Add Client and Add User pages. Suggested by Andrew Sinclair ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). Fixed a problem with searching for fields that include quotes. New 'View any users password' permission allows selected admin profiles to see the users plaintext password, irrespective of the setting of HidePasswords. Improvements to editRadconfig.
