If a Handler could help, see this: See https://open.com.au/radiator/ref/RecvPort.html There's also a couple of other similar check items, such as checking the receiving IP on a multihomed host. Radiator listen on two Auth/Acct ports , and I would like to make handle decision depends on port on which RADIUS packet arrived. If you'd need to create a complex configuration, then Hugh's idea to use separate instances with their own config files might be an option to think also. Re: [RADIATOR] How get port value from packet request
Hello again - You just need to specify different port numbers in the configuation files, and you can use “Include” statements for common elements. regards Hugh > On 12 Sep 2019, at 17:45, Dubravko Penezic wrote: > > Hi Huge, > > it is interesting suggestion. > > https://blog.radiatorsoftware.com/2019/06/grouping-and-controlling-multiple.html > if I am correct this URL provide info how to control them ? > > Regards, > Dubravko > > On 9/12/19 9:34 AM, Hugh Irvine wrote: >> >> Hello Dubravko - >> >> In this case I would probably run separate Radiator instances on the >> different port numbers. >> >> You should always run separate instances for authentication and accounting >> in any case. >> >> regards >> >> Hugh >> >> >>> On 12 Sep 2019, at 16:50, Dubravko Penezic wrote: >>> >>> Hi, >>> >>> I wonder if is possible get value of port from which RADIUS packet >>> arrived in Perl hook to Radiator. >>> >>> Radiator listen on two Auth/Acct ports , and I would like to make handle >>> decision depends on port on which RADIUS packet arrived. >>> >>> Regards, >>> Dubravko Penezic >>> ___ >>> radiator mailing list >>> radiator@lists.open.com.au >>> https://lists.open.com.au/mailman/listinfo/radiator >> >> >> -- >> >> Hugh Irvine >> h...@open.com.au >> >> Radiator: the most portable, flexible and configurable RADIUS server >> anywhere. Re: [RADIATOR] How get port value from packet request
Hello Dubravko - In this case I would probably run separate Radiator instances on the different port numbers. You should always run separate instances for authentication and accounting in any case. regards Hugh > On 12 Sep 2019, at 16:50, Dubravko Penezic wrote: > > Hi, > > I wonder if is possible get value of port from which RADIUS packet > arrived in Perl hook to Radiator. > > Radiator listen on two Auth/Acct ports , and I would like to make handle > decision depends on port on which RADIUS packet arrived. > > Regards, > Dubravko Penezic > ___ > radiator mailing list > radiator@lists.open.com.au > https://lists.open.com.au/mailman/listinfo/radiator -- Hugh Irvine h...@open.com.au Radiator: the most portable, flexible and configurable RADIUS server anywhere.
