I put an entry in the users file like this:
usernameAuth-Type = "Reject:Pay up"
This gets ignored by the system with the following DEBUG info:
WARNING: Could not find Identifier for Auth-Type Reject:Pay up

Radiator can create the tables or if the tables for each day have to be
