My old Radius proxy is dead, so I'm building a new one using Radiator.
The old one was running Radius DTC 2.03.
I didn't find the configuration file, but I found the users file.
In that file, there is the config for handling runneling from one of the
clients.

With my radiator proxy, I would like to send authentification to one
server and accounting to another one.
In the standard case, I have :
AuthBy RADIUS

Host radius.xx.com
AuthPort 1812

I would like to know if my proxy can accept an incoming connection if
the radius server that should make the authentication isn't
responding...
