all you really need to do is copy the cgi scripts from the source
directory to the cgi-bin folder of your web server. Then edit the
scripts so that the scripts know where your database is and how to
access it. In the scripts the configurable variables are pretty well
defined (self explanatory).
I have Radiator up and running on a Windows Server 2003
using IIs platform and working with a 3rd party billing
application for handling the AAA.
The radacct.cgi and radwho.cgi (or .pl) GUI scripts would
provide me with very useful stats that are not part of the
billing application.

There is a simple CGI script in the distribution called
"goodies/radconfig.cgi", but most people (myself included) tend to
prefer using a simple text editor for the configuration file.

I'm having problems installing Radiator because I can't get answers straight out of the Reference Manual. For example; I can't reach the GUI, so I haven't set up the main parameters yet. All I am relying on is you. Yesterday; I tried to get to http://www.thesite.com.au/~radiator/, but th
