I put an entry in the users file like this: username Auth-Type = "Reject:Pay up" This gets ignored by the system with the following DEBUG info: WARNING: Could not find Identifier for Auth-Type Reject:Pay up It seems in the manual that the Reject:message is a built-in Radiator function that doesn't have to be defined elsewhere. If you do have to define it elsewhere (such as in radius.cfg) how do you do that?
