Hi,
It seems to me that it's not RAdmin the acceptor of the user but
AuthByFile with a DEFAULT profile. Probably you are specifying
something like ContinueUntilAccept, and the authentication goes
falling through till it succeeds with some default user you have in a
file, so the user isn't authenticated by his specific profile and he
doesn't get an IP address. Anyway I would need to see your
configuration to say it.
One more thing, you haven't specified a password in the user entry.
Is it a mistake or just so that we can't see sensitive information?
Perhaps this could be the reason of the user falling through...
