Radiator does not support this directly. However it would be relatively
straightforward to implement something like this with the Simultaneous-Use
check item referencing a file name. You could then alter the contents of the
file to indicate the number of sessions permitted via something like a cron job
at the relevant times. Alternatively you could do this in a PreAuthHook (see
Section 6.13.10 in the 2.14.1 reference manual).
