Ernie: Good article. What is needs, though, is a good story line, some sort of narrative
to make the ideas in it "real" in a tangible way. There are bits and pieces of a story in the essay, but something with flesh on its bones. But I agree with the main point: Design something and you have a stake in the outcome and built-in motivation to make it work.
