A factory restore will clear you unused network and when you connect to mysqueezebox.com again you radio is about the same as before the restore. -- stones stones's Profile:

I received my Logitech accessory pack on Friday and the battery shows no indication of charging. It is fitted correctly and I have tried it a few times. Logitech are supposed to be calling back. Is there anyway I can confirm it is a dead battery pack and not a faulty Radio. -- veragooner

So your Radio does in fact work with the battery, correct? I'd just let it play for a few hours via battery then plug it in, see if the indicator starts to show it is being charged. I believe the batteries are shipped fully charged. -- toby10
