There's a known issue in 7.5.3 and a known fix in 7.5.4. Whether it is
the same issue you are seeing isn't certain without more debugging, but
it's worth a try. Did the problem start when you updated to 7.5.3?

Hi everyone,
I continue trying to find an answer to the problem of no artwork. I
have a few questions that I hope someone will not mind taking the time
to answer.
1) I have just checked the squeezebox website and I note that Radio
Time is not showing in my list of apps. I have never downloaded
RadioTime provides the station database and links within the Internet
Radio menus. No need to install it, it's all the same stations, but
the app gives you some customizing abilities like creating your own
custom folders, changing your local settings, etc..
