Still not able to listen to Radio 4 Extra in real time. The icon appears
in the list, but selecting it, I get a '404 not found' error with a url,
which I can't write down, as it disappears so fast. The last bit I
notice, does mention something about bbc7.

Using the instructions above worked well for me. With my TOUCH the
wireless interface was wlan0 and for my RADIO it was eth1.
