Any chance, that this particular Radio is just broken. Lose WiFi
antenna maybe? I'd ask Logitech for a replacement.

Verify there are no spaces in your SB3's passphrase. A space is viewed
as a character, use the Play button to erase any spaces.
Disable MAC filtering on your router and DO broadcast your SSID.

Just brought a Squeezebox classic and when i am setting it up first time
it shows my wifi connection and after entering a wep key 10 digs(this is
same as entered in 198.162.1.1)then it took 29 sec but returned to
previous screen...that try again to re connect.

Or run an additional wireless router that doesn't have this issue with
SBR. I realize that it doesn't fix the problem but you do have more
options than just junk the radio.
