I can't seem to PM you, but I would truly appreciate your help! After many years of faithful service, I'm running into the kinds of problems that others are describing here. Problem: The Squeezebox Radio had a white wireless icon but had lost its favorites, most menus I can only a couple of levels deep, and I am unable to control it from mysqueezebox.com Fixes attempted: I performed a software update, and tried unplugging and replugging the device in, without any change. Then, I performed a factory reset and reconnected to my wireless network. I then noticed that mysqueezebox.com could see that the name of the device had changed to a default name, but I was still unable to control it or play any music. My info: I'm in New York, USA I have the Squeezebox Radio Its MAC address is 00:04:20:2a:6d:1b I hope you can help!
