In the meantime, you can go into options, advanced, power settings which shows some battery information. Might be worth a look just to compare to the new pack once it comes in. -- gibbs gibbs's Profile: http://forums.slimd

Logitech are sending a new battery so I guess I'll know if the problem is the Radio or the battery soon enough. -- veragooner veragooner's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=21099 View this thread: ht

OIC, sorry, I thought maybe the battery icon was just not showing that it was charging the battery. -- toby10 toby10's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=12553 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevi

No, the battery does not power the radio and nothing indicates it is connected or charging. If I unplug the radio it turns off. -- veragooner veragooner's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=21099 View

So your Radio does in fact work with the battery, correct? I'd just let it play for a few hours via battery then plug it in, see if the indicator starts to show it is being charged. I believe the batteries are shipped fully charged. -- toby10

[SlimDevices: Radio] Battery not charging.

I received my Logitech accessory pack on Friday and the battery shows no indication of charging. It is fitted correctly and I have tried it a few times. Logitech are supposed to be calling back. Is there anyway I can confirm it is a dead battery pack and not a faulty Radio. -- veragooner -
