When attached to mysqueezebox.com, you are correct, there is no delete.

That did not work for me. There was no option to delete and nothing
happened when I held the button dow.
You can edit/delete Favorites in LMS on the main page:

In recent releases of LMS you can edit/delete device presets in
"Settings":
LMS > Settings > Player > [Select Player] > Presets Editor
