Figured it out: somehow (I don't recall doing it) the Radio had become
the controller for my SB3. Everything's as it should be now that I made
it the local controller. Since I'm new to the new-generation players, I
didn't even know they could do that!

Make sure all players are all on the same server. Maybe Radio is on
MySB and not on SBS on your computer?
Player > Settings > Synchronize is pretty straight forward. Do you not
see all of the players in this Sync menu?
I'd temporarily disable VolumeLock to be certain it is not affecting
the Radi
I have a SB3 and Boom in my stable, and just added a Radio. When trying
to sync all three, I get no output from the Radio. Also the Radio
indicates I can't change the volume, though I've double-checked that
VolumeLock is programmed to not affect it.
