All stations play perfectly... no problem at all.
I have read this thread as well as the bug thread (17068) and I wonder
if this issue is taken care of by the software support department. Maybe
a firmware update can fix it, or a change on the Squeezebox server.

If you do THIS you can normally get the proper logo for the Radio
Station.
1) Ensure that you are NOT listening to the station you want to save
the logo for and that you've deleterd it grom tghe favourites.
2) Search for the Radio station via Internet search
3) Save as favourite --
Yeah, Factory Reset won't help you. I think it is how the Touch/Radio
reads the metadata (which includes art) from MySB.com, and is somehow
not doing this correctly.
Often tuning in the same station on SBS server correctly displays the
station art.

kloach, my problem started about six weeks ago after I lost my
connection with squeezebox.com. Just like you, I muse that something in
the settings caused the radio not to show artwork after it rebooted. I
have thought about returning the radio to factory settings, but I do
not want to go through
I tried restoring the radio to factory settings, it didn't work. You
may still want to try it yourself, maybe it will work for you.

I tried the restore too, but no luck. I lost mine around new year's
day. Funny thing, album art still works on Pandora, last.fm and
mp3tunes.

I use the BBC iPlayer plugin *alot* and have noticed that if I navigate
through the menus to listen live I get artwork. However, if I assign
one of the 6 silver shortcut buttons to the listen live stream then I
don't get artwork. Happens with Radios 4, 4 extra 6 (probably others
but untested),
I'm having the same problem with missing artwork. It seemed to start a
few months ago when I was listening to Coast to Coast AM and
squeezbox.com went down. When I switched to a different preset station

I just tried something last night and it brought back the station
graphics. All I did was hit the back button until the radio was 'home'

for me. I am resigned to not being able to view artwork. But I agree
that being able to listen to the stations is what really matters. That
said, I sure would like to have the option of looking at artwork versus
a radio
I think that most radio stations don't show the album art. I do get
album covers on Pandora, Slacker, etc. - just not on most Internet
radio stations.
I'm not using the server software and still on FW 7.42 (performs pretty
well for me).

Hi everyone,
I continue trying to find an answer to the problem of no artwork. I
have a few questions that I hope someone will not mind taking the time
to answer.
1) I have just checked the squeezebox website and I note that Radio
Time is not showing in my list of apps. I have never downloaded
RadioTime provides the station database and links within the Internet
Radio menus. No need to install it, it's all the same stations, but
the app gives you some customizing abilities like creating your own
custom folders, changing your local settings, etc..

It's a mySB.com issue for sure. I gave up a while back and conceded to
having my own server. I bought an eMachine for $350 and use the Server
Power Control add-in to sleep the machine when it doesn't have an
active connection. While it does solve a lot of problems, you really
should be able to

I am sorry, my explanation was wrong, I was not near the SBR and I
forgot the existence of 'play'

Steve, I must looking at the SBR in dim light because I cannot find a
Stop button. Granted, I have become hypnotized by the radio tower
graphic and am having a hard time seeing anything else other than the
multitude of robins in my yard.

Well, I am more perturbed about this issue than once thought. I have
tried every possible fix that I can think of but to no avail. Although
obviously the refusal of the radio to show artwork does not affect the
reception of stations, but the LCD is now, basically, a waste other

Although I know this topic has been addressed numerous times, I feel
compelled to describe a current problem that I have not encountered
before.
In the past, rebooting the SBR or performing a hard reset resulted in
the art work feature working once again. For the past two days,
I gave up on mySB.com and now use my own server. I'm not sure what
causes the issue, or why it doesn't happen on all streams, but it
seemed to happen on most of the ones I like. Logitech doesn't seem to
be in a hurry to fix it which added to my motivation.
