I tested with bitrate limiting. And without. Same situation.
The problem does not occur on the webUI though.

Tested on 2 different Touches on two different networks at two
different locations.
The userdata number changes though.

I'm on a local slimserver version 7.3.3.
Shoutbox is not showing up. Neither in Web UI nor in transporter's
display with remote.
How can i get back shoutcast?
Btw. I know its not the current release.
But it's my favorite version for different reasons (UI, audio and so
on).

As of this morning am still having problems. Some of the time the app
works exactly as it should, but much of the time I am still seeing
empty genres and the userdata errors.

That's fixed on test.mysb.com now. Please give it a try if you feel like
testing. We're going to roll this change out to production later today.

Yeah, seems hit & miss, my Genre's and subs are all working fine. My
bitrate limit is set at 128k.
But some of the menu items do give the "userdata" error. But the 320k
bitrate selection is working now. :)

Allmost all genres are empty or gets you shoutcast error

Most popular is empty.
Random 100 is empty.
By bitrate is empty.

h might be an EU issue. Long shot, but try uninstalling
ShoutCast as an App then re-installing it.
Worth a shot. :(
