I recently bought two used Boom radios. Both where setup with the
previous owner accounts. I called Logitech tech support and they deleted
both accounts and set them up to my accounts all while I was on the
phone with them. It only took a few minutes.
Thanks. Yes, the delete radio button is greyed out, perhaps because
its only the one radio listed. I e-mailed Logitech support but haven't
heard back. I'll call them as soon as Sandy allows. :)

I picked up a UE Smart Radio (mainly since it had the battery and easy
interface/setup) as a gift for my mom but wanted to test it out with my
MOG account (I use with my SB Touch) before I set it up for her. So I
set up an account for myself on uesmartradio.com, added my MOG account -
worked
Assuming it works the same as SB Radio, do a Factory Reset, after
network setup it should ask to keep or change it's current MySB
account.
SB Radio Factory Reset =
- power off Radio (press hold POWER button, see goodbye on screen)
- press hold + button
- power ON Radio
- continue holding
Thanks Toby. A factory reset was the first thing I tried but it didn't
ask me that, just the network password again.

There is a Delete Player button on uesmartradio.com.
However, for me that button is disabled, I'm guessing it's the same for
you ?
I would try if it gets enabled if you turn off the UE Smart Radio device
and if it doesn't I would just call Logitech support and ask for
assistance.
