You could try setting the alarm to debug logging and see what shows up in the server log. [SlimDevices: Radio] Alarm on radio no longer working after 8.0.0 update
I recently updated my LMS on PiCorePlayer from 7.9.2 to 8.0.0. I patched both my radios beforehand and everything seemed to be working. The next morning I noticed my alarm didn't work. I tried setting new alarms directly on the radios and in LMS, changed the tone from streaming files to local files and even system tones. I restarted the radios, LMS and PiCorePlayer multiple times but couldn't get it working again. For now I'm using a tasker workaround to get up in the morning but also got a backup alarm clock for this doesn't seem the most reliable solution. Do I have to downgrade to 7.9.2 again?
