That's a taint-mode error. I am surprised that Razor runs fine for a
couple of days, because this error should happen everytime if infact
the filename is an insecure dependency. I'll try to reproduce the
problem here.

I would recommend th
I've started to notice more and more legitimate opt in mailing lists are
being wrongly submitted to Razor by users. Today I noticed both the
Dilbert mailing list and the Vuln-Dev list had mailed caught be Razor.
Is this a reflection of too many people using old addresses as

I installed Razor today. I am calling it from SpamAssassin, which gets
called from MIMEDefang. How do I know if Razor is working?

With the stability of the 2.14 release, I decided to finally switch over
to Razor2 from 1.20. Since I like to be able to keep track of what I've
installed on my systems, I packaged it up as an RPM (acutally 2; one
for the Perl modules, one for the command-line razor-* tools and some
other bits).
I am new to list and I apologize in advance if this has been asked to death.
I recently installed Razor 2.20 on a new mail server. I created the
configuration files by running razor-admin -create as a non-root user, but
I wasn't sure which user to use. Once the files were created, I moved them

I am using SpamAssassin through MIMEDefang. I would like to start using
Razor also. I see that I can call Razor from SpamAssassin using a config
option. I went to install Razor, and noticed that I need to create a config
file under the users directory. What user do I use for the config file?

I'm sure Vipul will weigh in on this separately, but just to clarify:
razor/spamnet currently uses Logic Method 4, which specifies that a
message will be marked as SPAM if one or more of its uncontended parts
is known by the system to be SPAM.
I think the issue below has to do with razor somehow n

This is a little bit off-topic, but since you asked:
dpkg -L procmail | grep man | grep gz

I confirm this problem. I just had a spam where a student sent her term
paper from her home account to her work account here and it was declared
spam by Razor for having the Outlook Express part below. I have had this
problem numerous times before and Jordan or Vipul said it was probably
