Not directly answering your question, but a couple of mechanic's
troubleshooting tips. Are you you 100% positive that it is the caliper
itself? Sometimes the ends of the canti bosses get a little bit of flare,
and a high quality (one with tight tolerances, little play) caliper will
bind

Also don't mind the sales tax, but do realize that every area is
different,. While not an issue in the Twin Cities up in Duluth, MN
there are added taxes that do make me think once or twice before
buying so
These are pretty much new. Only a few miles on them and they come in the
factory box. I love these but somehow ended up with an extra set. I am
keeping the worn pair and selling the practically new ones. $45 shipped in
the US.

was way below standard. The box was much larger than necessary. Maybe I
should have photographed it before I broke it down. You know how all of us

I just wrapped the bars on my green Quickbeam with green Newbaum's
(and black). I like it. The other Newbaum's tape I've used has faded
rapidly (in days), so I might shellac for UV protection, but I'm not a
fan of the feel of it either.

inside with the thinner washer from the outside (as per shimano's
instructions) so the pads arent so close to the rim...and then pulling the
brake cable down until the levers feel smooth and even...and the brake

While the hanger for the Tektro brake is pretty, it is considerably fussier
to work with. Tektros are more difficult to center and fine tune. I first
tried disassembling and trying different holes but ultimately ended up
bending the spring and offsetting the hanger. I don't believe the Tektro
rperks is probably right-but it's hard to say which color to use,
without high-resolution, pornographic photos of the bike posing
suggestively (scantily clad in tape of various potential colors if
