40-60kgfcm equates to approximately 4-6N-m which is pretty tight for an M5. 88-132lbf is not a torque unit. There's no length in it. 88 is just 40*2.2 and 132 is 60*2.2, so somebody converted kilogram force to pound force, but that's the right conversion only if you want your torque units
