I'd say 110mm is a good guess. Maybe even 120mm. I find that as you go more upright, that's kind of rolling your weight back onto the rear wheel of the bike, so sliding the saddle a bit forward at the same time might be something you decide to experiment with. Not everyone feels this way.

Also the Atlantis' have had slightly varied geometry over the years. This frame can fit 2.25" knobby Thunder Burt tires, so it makes for a great mountain bike as well. The photos should be high res and give you a very accurate sense of the state of the frame. I'd say it's around an 8/10
