Yes, a friend and former co-worker of mine with whom I used to enjoy
"cross-country" skiing (not the same a telemarking, of course) here in the
Midwest who moved to the Whitefish MT area several decades ago has since
informed me that the entire telemarking tradition has since been replaced

The Jones Bars are great Cruiser bars. I have the Bosco bars but I could never
get comfortable with them. I know lots of guys use them on their Riv

I can't read the number on the tires but they look like 47/48 to me, which is
plenty wide. They look narrow because those Cliffhanger rims are so wide.

Now this sounds like great fun! Keep us informed. I did only a little bit
of cross-country skiiing while in Kebec, but I enjoyed it immensely, and
IME it is the non-cycling equivalent of cycling. I actually bought a pair
of cheap LL Bean XC skis after I moved here to ABQ, but we get ski-able

Joe: It looks like a fun bike, only, I ask why such narrow tires? That
build with 50s or 60s would be a bomb. How fat a tire can a Clem take?
I do appreciate the Royal Blue cantilevers.

Oh man, a red Copenhagen Wheel on a tusk XO-1 would be awesome! But alas, the
spacing is too narrow on those bikes. My money is safe! For now!

Just did a test ride with the new shifter. IT works great. Is the smoothest
shifter I've used. I ordered one for the right side because it's a 1X setup.
The shifting was very precise without ant drifting or need to tighten the bolt.
I can see where one might prefer the longer lever but it's

also have a 1x build in mind. Going with the Jones H bar as well. Looks

Here is a link to the RBW geo chart with the 52 Sam. There were plenty of
slight changes per order from the builder but this should be the basic idea.
Let me know if you have troubles with the Google sheet and Iβll send a pdf.

Not sure. I see there isn't a 52cm on the current geometry chart. Sizes jump
from 51 to 55.

While I surely don't have any wondrous stories about receiving a shiny new
bicycle for Christmas .. growing up in Minnesota I do wonder what I
would have done even if I did. Seeing that outside was frozen solid ..
