Loading my bike in the storage rack at school is almost as pleasurable as my ride to school. Wonderful Japanese Bike Storage (short video) I would love to have one of these in my workshop! Cheers, John --

This exact setup is going on my Susie once it arrives. I will first try it with a long cage derailed and no extender and report my findings! Joe in Los Angeles > On May 7, 2022, at 12:48 PM, Yankeebird wrote: > > Thanks, all. I don’t have a lot of personal rear derailleur screwing around >

I have had very good luck with SCC Slick Tech chain lube. I just wipe my chain down after or during those rides and it stays clean for a long while before I just apply more. I’m not great at keeping track of miles but it does a better job than any other i have tried! On Friday, May 6, 2022 at

Thanks, all. I don’t have a lot of personal rear derailleur screwing around experience. Usually IGH or one cog with 3x up front. I got the Altus and extender in case and I’ll post back. On Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 2:10:29 PM UTC-4 Garth wrote: > > The wrap for a 1x Yankeebird is whatever the

Echoing aeroperf's suggestion to use the paperclip to attach photos. I've had issues posting photos using the Mail app on Mac and iPhone, but logging in to Google Groups with a browser allowed me to include photos, as aeroperf suggested. On Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 11:33:38 AM UTC-4 aeroperf

The wrap for a 1x Yankeebird is whatever the spread is for the cassette alone, since there's no other ring there's no additional difference to account for. As for clearing the 42t cog, the only thing that matters is that the RD can clear it alright. The "how" that is done, well there are

What about a 1x? How do I calculate wrap for that? I have two older bikes with the old trad 7spds cassette I’d like to replace with 13-42. The Altus has a max rear cog size of 36 but if I only do a 1x does it matter? Can I use the old derailleur, even? On Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 8:00:26 PM

A couple of things to check that I have run into— There are three dots at the bottom of both your second post and Garth’s post in this thread. When you click on that, it expands and shows the post that you are “replying” to, even if you clicked “Reply all”. All that is also included in your

If I'm not mistaken there is a size limit to how many mb's per posting. So if you try to post multiple or even single large photos over a certain amount, it might be 25mb ?, then you get that message. Just split the images into single or smaller individual posts. In the case of an overly large
