The differences I can spot: -The top tube decal has moved to the chain stay. -The rear dropout is the new one that first appeared on on the Platypus, replacing the old one that had the ugly tube squish connection. There is a slight change to seat stay braze-ons positions probably due to this ch

That is a good effort with the colour balance. Looks pretty spot on. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group. To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an email to rbw-owners-bunch+unsubscr...@googlegroup

Looks like the instrument decals on the top tube are missing. Just wondering if the new frames are going to be that way? I just purchased a XL lime/green Wolbis frameset today- that's one big Hillibike! On Saturday, 14 May 2022 at 17:30:43 UTC-7 Hetchins52 wrote: > Wow, that head badge "POPS"!

Billie bars have a ton of leverage, so they are better suited to 4-bolt clamp stems like the fillet faceplater, or Blue Lug / Nitto Power stem. But they'll work with a Tallux/Technomic too, just requires either pushing the recommended torque a bit further, or using carbon paste at the interfac

I appreciate the feedback and suggestions. The consensus of comments is B&M IQ front light and Toplight Line Brake Plus rear which is what my research showed were good options. Since I don't yet have a rear rack I may go with the seat stay mounted B&M rear light at first. Doug On Saturday, May

I will add our 2 cents: 100% agree with Busch & Muller IQ-X (100 lux). The light output is quite amazing. We've used these on early season brevets and they really light up the road. It is (in our opinions) brighter than the Schmidt Edelux II. The B&M rear light is fantastic too (Toplight Lin

Assuming a proper fit for bar and stem, it's fairly common here. Many posts about it. No, it's not the brakes. Grease the fixing bolt and use a longer lever wrench of your choice to fix the bolt in place, like 8+ inches. Long levers make everything easier to apply torque. Anti friction paste h

Agree on both the IQ-X and Toplight Line Plus lights, they're fantastic. I have a cheapo Herrmans M4 Black on a different bike. It throws a lot of light in a decent pattern, but it is _much_ worse at low speeds -- the capacitor must be a much lower rating, since it flickers very distractingly w

Hi Rod, Beautiful bike! Looks so great with those wide tires. I have a set of Billie bars that I’ve put on several bikes, never had this happen. I have, however, had this happen when a 25.4 bar is put in a 26.0 clamp stem. The fit can be snug enough to not identify an immediate need for shimmi
