Initially the paint was Sanded before the sale was made to ensure there was

I've put Crivets in 4 cambium saddles. The stock rivets are secured with
some kind of threadlock and the tiny torx tool Crivet supplies is generally
insufficient for the job. I'm mostly successful using a longer handled
Silca wrench, but when that doesn't work I've always been able to get the
Bo on the waiting. I got my custom quicker than this!

Could a small cable channel be cut with something like a dremel? I've never
used these brakes, so I"m not sure if this is a possible modification.

Lotta great info here. But, most important of all, WOW HOW BOUT THOSE MINI
MORPHS!?!?!?!? While, sadly, the minis no longer come with the psi gauge

unparalleled in my road-pumping experience. I got a non-gauged Mini

Hello Thomas,
Sorry, I don't have an extra pair of RTP for you. But I'm not sure they
would fit on the XOXO, looks like the max tire width is 1.75".

Remember that Stainless Steel cables require a different flux and solder
than the older galvanized cables. The solder and flux for SS works on
galvanized but not vice-versa.

Thanks for the soldering idea- that’s great. On my particular 559s there’s

You can solder the cable that goes in the anchor. You can still crush the
soldered cable, but the soldered cable will take more clamping force before
it crushes.
I also align the square washer so it contacts the cable along the full
length and keep the cable as close as possible to the bolt.
I don't know that the lack of a W means that is is not a Waterford,
Waterford does have other end caps. But if you have the W, it is a
Waterford as far as i know.

I forgot to mention I've tried using the install tips on the Crivets site,
and they worked for the most part, for a couple of the stubborn rivets,
using an additional piece of rubber to "grip" the rivet and prevent it from
turning did not work - hence me having to cut a slot into it.
I dunno,
Does anyone here have any experience modifying or replacing parts on Brooks
Cambium saddles? I've done it once, when swapping out the stock rivets for
some of the copper ones from Crivets. 3 of the 5 rivets came out without
issue, but for two of them, the rivets just spun around in the square

Tough call. I really wish Rivendell would offer two more sizes in their
mixte frames - something smaller than the 50 and larger than the 60. Their
mixtes are such a hit that I think it could be justified. Maybe that
geometry changes the whole bike or something, I don’t know, I’m not a frame
I wouldn't do it Wesley. It's not the seat tube height, it's the reach and
possibly the stack height. For having such a long front-center, the actual
reach isn't that long with a shallow head tube angle. I asked about these
from Riv and the 60cm has the following measurments:
HTA 69.6
STA 72

speeds or handing challenges best addressed by such. I have a full size

THAT'S it. I knew there was a difference between the two but couldn't
remember the detail change. But I think yours is backwards, my recollection
is Toyo had two sets of bottle bosses and the later Waterford got the third
set.

Not sure that it is totally definitive but I expect the Toyo AHH to have
three water bottle boss pairs and the Waterford to have two pairs (none
under the down tube).
