This saddle is from the first generation of C17s of several years ago but
has spent most of that time in the parts bin. Some of those first C17s had
issues with excessive wear and color fading, though I don't think I've used

Another vote for the 1UP. Their "wheel stop" accessory/add-on holds my
fendered bike very well (https://1up-usa.com/product/wheel-stop). You can
also adjust the arms to mount bikes with smaller wheels. (As small as 16").
