(Toyo) Atlantis I purchased new from Grant back in the 2002/3 timeframe. I
am not sure how long Rivendell actually made that frame size but for me it
feels like a custom

Much appreciate the feedback. According to the chaps in Walnut Creek the
32R should work just fine my H/H being a 650 wheel size. That said, I think
you are spot on correct especially if one plans to include a fender option.
