The size 4 Zefal HPX was a little too short for my 60 cm Appaloosa so I use the
Zefal Doodad Plus velcro straps to hold it in place.

Ken, the bike looks great!
I went with bosco bullmoose bars and canti brakes too.
The bike rides really well and the bars offer a wide range of riding positions.
I ended up taping the front/middle portion because the "time trial" position
I'd comfortable for faster riding or into headwind.

paying attention then went into slow motion. Keep your distance! (glad I
learned that lesson in my 20's).

They do not match the silver look that you are going for, but I have had good

Really nice color. Not sure I would have called it orange, though. Reminds me
of the burnt sienna crayon.

Thanks. I am looking forward to getting it built up.
It will be my first experience with swept back bars (Bosco). I've been hauling
kids on a Big Dummy so it might take a minute to adjust to the Joe's shorter
chainstays.
I thought I was breaking news with this post on Weds 1/22, but it
Appaloosa presale is up today.
I pulled the trigger on a blue 60 cm for my first Rivendell.
