After a week of not riding. Body was telling me to get out despite the
weather.
A couple of days of clear weather the thought was that the trails would be
dry.
How wrong we were. After a short ramble on the road and a quick cyclocross
barrier training. We got mud.

Magical labor day weekend.
Last real overnight before school takes over my weekends.
Big group towards HMB. Pretty much perfected the route by not riding on HW1
at all. Beautiful route filled with new dirt trails and trekking through

Did a pre-ride last Sunday. Route actually worked pretty well. Kinda
longest, hot after Mt.Tam. Hats are important and water also snacks because
theres only two places to actually eat.

I strove to ride at least 2 days a week so as not to go crazy with the long off
times I had for some of my work week.

Biking for yourself doesn't come often enough.
Be happy with the little rides, the little things that make riding such a
joy.
No ride needs to be epic for it to be memorable sometimes it doesn't even
have to be scenic.
