The Surfliner (San Diego to San Luis Obispo) has roll-on / roll-off now,
with limits. Depending on equipment,
Emphasis on encourage rather than the converse. Simplifying the process is the
ticket. Hopefully Amtrak's
Idea of streamlining will truly manifest. I'm excited hopeful.
