I have found that larger flat pedals with aggressive pins (VO Sabot, VP001) give me more connection, retention and flexibility in my pedaling than half clips did. Half clips felt like more work to keep my foot engaged in than benefit that I was given. -Justin -- You received this message bec

I used mks steel medium deep toeclips -no straps on my MKS touring pedals for a while. But I like riding without the clips better. Since 2013 I have done all my riding on just the bare MKS touring pedals -no clips or straps. Just free. I have done centuries and one 200k brevet with just the tour
