I finally have come to the realization that I am never going to build up this frameset so I'll offer it up.
Box has been opened and I pulled the frame out to check it out. But other than that it is untouched. Including a new Cane Creek 110 headset in silver - not installed. I have a set of new Tektro 559 brakes that could be included in the frame box for an additional $50. The 650B frame can fit a 42mm tire without fenders and 35-38 with.
