I got a set of these and discovered that they confine my feet too much. Not as much as Power Grips, but more than I care for. Apparently, I am doomed to a life of pedaling on naked, flat pedals, because my knees just go All Over The Place when I pedal. (I don't pedal circles, but ovals...)

They can also be used with just about any shoe. Designed for use with bmx or other totally flat pedals. I paid 45.00 for mine new, used them for three weeks, and decided they weren't for me. I'd like to sell for 35.00 including shipping in conus. I will toss in for free a set of MKS pedal flips (bolt-on alloy quills), which help get into the pedals a LOT with these things. Paypal is ok.
