Those things are saucy. A Dia Compe center pull brakeset that looks much nicer than the cheap Dia Compes and is much cheaper than the Pauls. It's a medium, 47-61mm, so it won't fit a Hilsen, I'd assume. They're even going to sell a front rack that bolts right to it.
