[RBW] How to sell a Rivendell Bike

As many of y'all know, I live in a part of the world where Rivendell bikes aren't widely known. After saving and scrimping for four years to buy my Betty Foy, poor health/chronic illness means I need to sell my Betty Foy for something else - perhaps a Clementine? My problem is that I really
