Not sure of max tire size though withOUT fenders. Apparently 40mm was max WITH
fenders.
I thought I remembered that the 60 to 62cm evolution was essentially just one
of their earlier attempts to get bars higher. It only had a slight head tube
extension but other dimensions remained the same.
Although I am sure many will correct me if I am misremembering.
