I have several bike parts for sale that aren't super-clean (I tried, but ...) and about which I have varying (mostly limited) degrees of knowledge. I can't use these parts, but someone maybe could -- they need good homes.
I'd like to get some $$ for them, but I'm not aiming to gouge. I don't know what some of these things really are worth. If my price seems high, make me a reasonable offer. If you know my price to be a steal, then you get a great deal. Photos of all this stuff in a gallery at: http://gallery.me.com/ftmeyer#100128&bgcolor=black&view=grid All "asking" prices (many of them came out to $55) include shipping in CONUSA. If we start negotiating, shipping could become a variable. Please contact me off- list with questions, etc. Thanks for looking. Phil Wood bottom bracket (circa 1999?) with a crazy long spindle -- like 122, I was told. (Is that possible?) $55. Ritchey Logic (Sugino) triple crankset, 172.5 arms, rings 50-46-28. This was paired to the PW bottom bracket above (with the long spindle) on a 1999 Riv LongLow. $55. Campagnolo side-pull brakes, older vintage Record, standard reach (I think), like the Tektro Bigmouth 57 that Riv sells. These came on a 1999 Riv LongLow I bought earlier this year, and I replaced them with aforementioned Bigmouths. Scott Matthauser C pads (like new). (Comes with original installation instructions, in Italian.) $70. Shimano 105 Hollow-tech crankset with Octalink bottom bracket. 175 arms. Rings are 48, 38, 30. I had this set installed on my A. Homer Hilsen, and it was just right for that, good Q-factor, etc. $75. Nitto "frog" two-bolt 27.2 seat post (S-83). Not new, but as good as for all intents/purposes. $55. Sachs (made in France!) 6-speed freewheel, 13-28. $45. Nitto Mark's rack, with hodgpodge and possibly incomplete hardware set. Three sets of struts, various bolts and P-clamps. I'm offering a deal on this because you might have to acquire some bits and pieces. $55. -- Forrest (Iowa City) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
