I like the way you think about touring. I like long stretches but there's
something to be said about pick a section and getting the most out it. Look
forward to riding and chatting about yer adventures. Really good pictures!

photo was shot by my touring bud Peppermint Patty (she really does look
like the Peanuts character) and she did a great job of making a minor bump

clashed with the background or something. Temps were nicely on the cool
side, with occasional drizzle & mist. There are still a lot of people
headed down the coast to San Diego, Mexico & beyond.

In a way this one picked itself. When the rest of the crew took off
several weeks ago, their only fixed point was to start at the Canadian
border. Norm & I concocted this scheme on the fly after my San Francisco
to Monterey ride. By the time I met them they were ready for a break.
Eagerly waiting to celebrate with you you, but need the actual pictures
