Those cranks can be set up as doubles. I've done it. Takes a 107mm BB.
Cecily, years ago I switched all of my 175mm Sugino XD's to 170mm's due
to knee pain. I was able to swap arms on this list for all three of my
bikes. Give it a shot.

bike, I bought crank arms, cassette and custom cogs, and chain from them.

This group is your search engine for all things Rivendellish. To your
question, I'm not sure you can get new ones sans rings but lots of people
have posted on here to sell crank arms. You could post a WTB with your
desired length bolt circle, and see what pops up.
