Sorry, I meant head tube, which is part of the frame. Not the steering
tube, which is part of the fork!

Very nice. It makes me wonder, have riders ever put shifters on the
steering tube? So a little higher than the down tube, but not as high as
mounted on the stem. Us long tall folks might find that a more convenient
placement. I will check if this kit would work for that.
