I have the Compass cranks on two bikes - a Hilsen and a Toussaint. Love
them. They are quite tight on the Q-factor, so if you are used to triple
MTB cranks, these will feel narrow. I believe I have a 107mm bottom
bracket on the Hilsen. The Toussaint has a 113mm. As I use flats now
I am using a Compass/RH crankset with 30/46 rings on my AHH. The bottom
bracket is a 108mm from White Industries.
Clearance between the small ring and the right chain stay is minimal but
seems to be sufficient. I think the chainline I have is less than
"standard", but I prefer having the big

I got a set from Electra's website when they were on a sale a couple of
years back. I checked today and they do not seem to have them for sale any

Another good-looking T/A alternative are the Sun XCD cranks, which also
have a slight flare for clearing wide chain stays.

This does not answer the question directly but I use a less expensive
alternative: Electra Ticino (made by FSA) w/ Velo Orange 46/30 rings. On my
AHH, I am using a 110mm bottom bracket. I don't know how the Compass cranks
are shaped but the Electra allow you to use almost any front derailleur,
