Paul, I ended up with some schwalbe g-one all rounds (27.5x2.25) for riding around during the summer/dry months and the soma cazaderos (27.5x2) for winter. The dirt here can get a little sticky when it gets wet and I need a bit more clearance to avoid unwanted paint rub. Both tires roll
