John, I have 2001 Joe/Joe Riv custom (62cm C-T) that is just a bit too big for me. It will run 32's without fenders and 28 with fenders. No provision for rack mounting. Very light weight. Nice shape. Let me know if that is something you might consider and I can send oics etc. On Saturday, Mar
