They're becoming more rambling and in my head they're becoming more visual,
but less list-y. I see scattered topics and points to make that can be
linked together in a variety of ways that make sense, but the way I put
them together isn't necessarily the most efficient way. Although, I'd say,
I was at the talk as well. Didn't go on the ride because I had errands to
run (on bike of course). It looked like he had a good turnout for the ride
as well as the talk.
The talk was kind of unpolished and rambling - which I liked.
Some interesting things I found out was that Grant still does

Quickbeam. Tooled around town for a half hour before the talk. Nice to say
Hi to Grant, but I had to catch the last train back to Chicago before the
